Our Platinum plan includes all the features of our previous plans and more. Along with the Remote Assistant Software, live monitoring, Weekly Computer Backup, Ransomware Detection, and Enterprise Edition of Bitdefender Anti-Virus, the Platinum plan adds some extra benefits.

 

With the Platinum plan, you get an even more robust backup solution, with 12 weekly backups in rotation instead of just three. You also get access to our Enterprise Password Manager, powered by Bitwarden, to securely store and manage all of your passwords. This makes it easier for your employees to manage their login credentials, while reducing the risk of password breaches.

 

In addition, the Platinum plan includes priority support from our team of experts, so you can get help quickly and easily when you need it. With this plan, you can be sure that your IT infrastructure is in the best hands possible.

  • Our Remote Assistant Software is a powerful tool that allows us to monitor your systems and provide quick support when you need it. With our software, we can remotely monitor when a new program has been installed, install programs remotely to a whole group of computers in minutes, and monitor if a Windows Update is required.

     

    Our software also allows your staff to access live chat with a Connexium's technician right from the taskbar at any time, freeing up your employees' time and increasing their productivity. Additionally, our software comes with live monitoring that monitor hundreds of data points, which means we can identify and address any issues before they become a problem.

    Please note that actual technician time is not included in this plan, but it does include the cost of licensing the tool and monitoring the alerts we receive.
