Our Remote Assistant Software is a powerful tool that allows us to monitor your systems and provide quick support when you need it. With our software, we can remotely monitor when a new program has been installed, install programs remotely to a whole group of computers in minutes, and monitor if a Windows Update is required.
Our software also allows your staff to access live chat with a Connexium's technician right from the taskbar at any time, freeing up your employees' time and increasing their productivity. Additionally, our software comes with live monitoring that monitor hundreds of data points, which means we can identify and address any issues before they become a problem.
