At Connexium, we offer four comprehensive managed IT service plans: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

 

Our Bronze plan includes live monitoring and the Remote Assistant Software, while the Silver plan adds a Weekly Computer Backup with 3 versions stored in rotation. The Gold plan offers additional Ransomware Detection and an Enterprise Edition of Bitdefender Anti-Virus. The Platinum plan includes all the features of the previous plans plus 12 versions of the Weekly Computer Backup and an Enterprise Password Manager.
